Thanks Col
Was lucky finding this car, the wheels have changed the whole look and well chuffed, just got to sort out the front tyres now and drop front end back down a spline.

Re: Some work on my 67 Fastback
Been doing some more work. Following fitting the new steering box and Damper, I was wondering what to do about wheels, I have been deliberating for a while and unfortunately a set of Pedrinis is out of my reach and after much searching I thought I would strip the paint off the Riviera replicas and s...

Wow fantastic work, looking very nice. Like your dashtop and gauges too. I have had a go at mine dash to and used crinkle paint but not happy with it, like the idea of the stone chip, that has turned out really well.
Keep up the good work

Hi All Been a while since I posted any photos on here and was on in general, been a bit of a busy time with work, family life etc. Last month I got the car up on ramps and cleaned off the bottom of the floorpans, treated, painted and Waxoiled them, very pleased with the results. Carb question
Hi Folks I have noticed a smell of fuel when I stop the fasty and am putting away, I checked this out and there is a small amount of fuel coming out of the right hand carb when I shut down, this does not occur immediately but quite soon after shutting off the engine and only on the right hand carb, ...

Re: Clock out Tacho in.........
This is wicked, I did a similar thing with mine of my fasty, I used the VDO type gauge from that is designed for a beetle, I think it is 80mm or there abouts. I got a spare fuel gauge pod and cut off the back and fitted it in there, check out the thread and see what I did, works great. Hoppe it help...
