i took my seats out the front of my Notch 3 years ago and cannot remember how the plastic runners went on
I have put them in but they can be facing up or down and before i start trying to put them in i wonder if anyone could answer ho they go

Hi there im putting my notch back together and i have forgot a few things lol
Rear body mount bolts under rear seat is there a dougnut rubber that goes between the bolt and body i have the one on the pan
Also front body mounts are they dougnut type with metal bit through
