im looking to build a good useable engine which will run nice and not cause and issues and not overheat

good on fuel etc etc

if standard are good then standard it will be

looks like they will be cheaper

antone know someone in wolves who could do a head job for me

i dont have the tools etc

cars going to be a daily sort of

use it when i cant use the wifes car, work and back and then to shows

want a reliable engine with good fuel consumption and a little more power when needed

whats the diff with the eagle 100 and 110 cam

you hear people talking more about the 110

The advantages of stock carbs,are that you dont have to change air filter & linkages,& that they fit under the hatch,& obviously you retain the originality,which may or may not affect value,depending on your viewpoint good point need to find someone who can do a propper rebuid on the carbs inc the ...

I'd go with stock if I were you! A well built stock engine has plenty of power.Obviously,I'm a law abiding citizen,but can tell you that 100 on my speedo is 95 on the sat nav. type 3 heads are ok on unleaded as they are thanks for the info on the heads i know that T3D want a good £300 for some reco...

yep straight forward

making sure you dont fit the calipers on the wrong sides

i did this once with the bleed nipples at the bottom

intrested in making a modern EFI setup for the square

no sure what parts from what cars or if to stay with Type 3 stuff
