Has anyone ever installed new hinge pins? I have nos doors and nos hinge sets.
Any tips? Will the removal tool work in reverse to install new?
Thanks,
Lee

No legal issues. Both the body and chassis are legal.

64 shell on 72 chassis?
The 64 chassis on one of my Notchbacks is shafted. Can a later (72) chassis be used instead?

Re: Upper trailing arm seals
I may have a pair if used upper seals. Will check and could post with the master cylinder pushrod if still needed

2 and 3 bolt hinges, what's the story?
I've found a pair of early NOS doors that I want to fit to me 1964 Notchback.
The seller of the doors is concerned that my notch would have 3 bolt hinges but he is saying his NOS doors are made/set up with 2 bolt hinges?
Can I fit the 3 bolt hinges from my rotten doors to the NOS doors?

Type 3 doors, how different are they?
Hi guys, Building a type 3 race car from a 64 notch I got. I was looking to replace the doors as they are well past its best. I have seen a later NOS door which seems to have a later handle recess. Did later doors differ anywhere else, such as hinges and door lock mechanism holes etc or will it bolt...
