Removing lateral play in upper Trailing arms

As per title
Does anyone have a step by step guid to help shine some light on takingup some slack on my upper trailing arms

Iam sorting a Haynes manual as I've noting in my collection regards T3s
Also googl and he search function is not showing up to much info

Hi I have a 73 square that I am going to be putting back on the road after it been layer up for years I would like to run 5/130 Fuchs wheels on it So firstly apart from using adaptors is my only option for the rear re drill some std 4/130 hubs/carriers ? Can you buy them already done 5/130 or blank ...
