Yes you can, but you need to swap the brake fluid reservoir for a dual chamber one.
So just run a dual cylinder and a dual tank then so many said you can’t run drums on dual so annoying

Why not fit a dual circuit master cylinder?
From what I’ve been told is I can’t run drums on a dual circuit

Single Circuit master cylinder

I believe I need to replace mine on my 64.

Is there any others that fit? I keep seeing Ghia ones they look the same and possibly beetle?

Any help would be great! I’m wanting to keep it all drums all around so I know options are limited.

Cheers Rob

Quick chassis/floor question

I have a 70s fastback needs new pans.

I’ve been offered a 67 floor which has just had all new pans out in and all painted and protected ect.

Now will this fit my 70s body with no issues? As it will save me a lot of time and money....

Re: Front beam refurb.

Front beam: check the suspension ball joint rubber boots for damage. If torn the joint has probably got road grit in it and need replacing. It's not very easy to check for wear when disassembled. OTOH it's easier to replace them when apart. Unless care was taken to compress the torsion arms togethe...

Front beam refurb.

Just bought a fastback project it’s all stripped down already so want to start cleaning and refurbing parts.

Are there all new parts available for the front beam and if so what do I need. I’m new to type 3s so any help/pointers will help hugely!!
