Re: 68 square
Steve If you take the letter or certificate to the DVLA VRO, there is likely to be one in your county town, if they are happy they issue you with a reg number there and then, they alter your MOT and Will take your V5 and send you a new one, they also give you a V19 (I think) which you take to your ...

Re: 68 square
The letter from a club official seems to work too - you don't get the certificate though, which is nice to have. I've done quite a few free for club members, but mostly they were for the production date so they could claim historic vehicle class and avoid road tax. Hi Dave Would it be possible to d...

Re: master cylinder brake light wires
They might be left over from a dual brake-light master cylinder that was often used on USA spec models, but I would still expect it to reach. Failing that, was yours previously fuel injected? The fuel pump would have been under there, with two wires in a sleeve. It doesn't look like you have a FI f...

Re: master cylinder brake light wires
Yeah it would of had two mc switches on it originally. US spec ones had some sort of brake warning light on them. Looking at the drawings using either the two black ones or the two red/black ones should work. They are connected together. I think that triple connector you mention must be behind the ...
