Can anyone help me working out which I need? I have stripped my 72 fastback a long time ago and didn't mark which seat I took out. Since then I've bought a job lot of parts which included a full interior and I know it's from a square back. The seats are different in that one pair has like a panel th...

Where would the best place be to buy a mint second hand or new headliner for a 72 fastback? The bloody mice have taken a liking to the once mint one in my project fastback!!

Re: Bought my Fasty just over a month ago
They are pedrini wheels and indeed from a Porsche 914, I've owned 4 914 and still own one which has pedrinis. Some people confuse the 914 2ltr alloys for pedrinis as from a distance they can look similar or even gas burners that at a greater distance can also look similar. Great fasty. Mine once fin...

Great work and nice base car. Have you narrowed the beam or are the front fuch alloys have 0 offset as those front ones look great. Also what have you done with the Ercos? i personally thought they looked great and would love a set on my fasty.

Re: project 72 fastty
As i say not sure at all if the 914 torsion bars would work but i was just curious if the length looked approx right if the beam was narrowed so would need to see if the splines were the same. Being typically german they probably are the same. I will check sometime if they are and report back. There...

Re: checkin in from the states!
love the stance on the square and narrowed beam/rear end. How does the bagged beam get sealed on the top tube? may be ok over the pond but here in UK that would never last especially with the sh*t on our roads and would fill up with water and crud. Also are the beams based on king and link beetle be...

Re: project 72 fastty
Now i dont know if this is how you have managed to narrow the torsion bars and this may be a way to do it but have not measured but i was down at my workshop today where i have my fastback and also my porsche 914 in bits and i looked at the length of the torsion bar from the 914 and it looks like a ...
