Good luck with the line up.
I wont be able to attend, but will keen to do another as and when.
The presence of Type 3s and 4s at shows is often overlooked, and worth celebrating, imo.

Good on ya! :D

1971 Squareback

Ive taken ownership of a 1971 Variant. It belonged to club member Lionel Watkins, who sadly passed away. http://muchos.co.uk/members/Clem/Square4.JPG http://muchos.co.uk/members/Clem/Square3.JPG http://muchos.co.uk/members/Clem/Square2.JPG http://muchos.co.uk/members/Clem/Square1.JPG Just a few jobs...

Thanks. Im not into the age snobbery thing ;) Just been stripping the inner rear arches back to metal ... only a few small holes to sort, and new rear belt mounts. It was an early nineties cal-looker, smoothed with 'splat' stickers. Needless to say the style will be changed a tad. Its had a new fron...

I had this, and the main leak was from the airbox drain being blocked ... it was full of broken glass and old leaves. Clear it out and that stops the gush. Im still left with a trickle. Ive removed and reseated the windscreen rubber, theres no rot on the frame, and it still seeps in. Im never surpri...
