If you back off the one that you can move,then completely slacken the handbrake adjuster,you might get enough movement to pull the drum off. I've never actually managed to knacker a brake drum by hammering,use a blunt instrument as a punch/drift to ensure the blows are in the right place. Or perhaps...

There are 4 holes in the vertical face of the inner sill(58mm high section)
Holes are 24mm diameter,& presumably to prevent build up of condensation
Then of course theres the seatbelt mount ,& the slot for inserting the flap mechanism to consider as well
