If you back off the one that you can move,then completely slacken the handbrake adjuster,you might get enough movement to pull the drum off. I've never actually managed to knacker a brake drum by hammering,use a blunt instrument as a punch/drift to ensure the blows are in the right place. Or perhaps...

wheels are the same size,but unfortunately a different offset

There are 4 holes in the vertical face of the inner sill(58mm high section)
Holes are 24mm diameter,& presumably to prevent build up of condensation
Then of course theres the seatbelt mount ,& the slot for inserting the flap mechanism to consider as well

Here we go..Didnt put the overall height as rusty requested,'cos the height changes along the length,due to the floor not being a flat panel!
