Its definitely the small fiddly bits that take up the time. Its often hard to make progress,

but they have to be done properly all the same.

Bashing a panel that big is bloody hard work, it just seems that when you have it just where you need it to be, and boom another bash seems to put it all out of shape. Definitely trying work. Probably why so many repairs are made up of zillions of patches. But the one panel is the business. Nice one
