cheers clare :) Cuz its a later model ive got no lining on the pillar. and there are three holes, two holes line up directly to the chrome latch, but the third one is too far forward. I could drill another hole to match the latch, i reccon this is what il end up doing, cuz itl give the whole thing m...

thanks steve! im going to tape the seals back as hard as I can. I havent put any tape around the hinges and I had fitted the white window seal thingy, so il try again with those differences tomorrow :) as for the chrome clasp, i may drill another hole, a small one that I can put a self tapper throug...

I am trying again to do this!

Is it really tough to get the windows in? we are pushing quite hard and it is still not quite in properly. is there a knack to fitting them?

also does it matter if the chrome window shutter knob is put in up or down?? :?

Hiya :) no, it was swinging erratically and sometimes not working!
Do you mean it just gives up and goes to empty even if there's petrol in it?

...without the new wire the sender reads nothing and when I attached the new wire to a securing bolt on the sender it was still reading nothing.

two holes in front apron

Ive always known the holes were there and have never really thought much about them, but I was led under the car on thursday and noticed that they dont connect to any thing. What are they for??
Its the two equal holes, 7cm-ish, under the bumper. thanks :D

Can someone draw this fix, even if its a rubbish pic? Please! :D My sender has broken again, But there doesnt seem to be anything wrong internally with it.
The electric is getting to the brass terminal, it registers 5.70 and i have only got about 5l in there.
