you’ll need twin filament US spec housings if you want to retain the running lights plus indicators - or just write them for indicators using the wiring diagram above - running lights look cool though...

nice wheel choice for the car - I reckon with black bolts and caps they'll look the part - you can always add satin black inserts if they look "too much" -

love the coach wheel - nice choice. I bought a knackered one and painted the rim white but think the original finish looks great in a T3.

all sortable but eBay advert is not clever.
it does notneed TLC - it needs fabrication.
the elderley owner that lowered, fitted a banging stereo and rims - what a joke -

car looks like its worth sorting and getting back to how it should be - hope you left suitable feedback for the seller...

Was a while ago - it was around 45.00 ad I painted it afterwards - (I think) the auto starter is rated at .8 hp opposed to .6hp for regular manual gearboxes - its body is longer. If you can find an electrical place locally that rebuilds starter motors, generators and alternators - they should be abl...

They are quite a rare item - I had mine rebuilt. You may also want to look at hi torque starters for performance bugs - they will have similar output required to start an auto -

Always surprises me when I see recommended tyre pressure at 17 PSI - every-time you have tyres fitted you usually get the " you sure mate - 17 is low"

Maybe just spoilt it to some new plugs fresh oil, adjust the valve and ignition timing and stop those leaks.
Notchback with factory Fi is v cool - enjoy...

TheSamba.com has a lot of info regarding tuning the FI engine. Changing the cam will ruin the FI timing - avoid. If youre looking for a mild improvement - rebuld the motor standard, fit a tuned exhaust and have the cylinder heads ported for better flow - that will make the car run well on the stock ...
