Late Type 3 Front seat removal

Please help me :(

I've been trying to get the front seats out with no joy...

I slide the seat as far forward as it can go but can't find anyway of releasing it from it's runners??

need some advice if anyone can help?

Nice ride dude, I run a 71 Auto, just dropped her 2 outers in the front, thinking 2 inners on the rear next. Had a 72 that colour in 91, a rotten one though.
