Re: '67 Square continued.....

The square has reached it's winter quarters at last. Needs a really good clean and polish, then a bit of tinkering required. Roof flashing makes great soundproofing, and a damn sight cheaper than dynamat. Used it on a couple of mini projects in the past and it works a treat.
And me, as long as you heat it gently and use a roller.

I use a bit of liquid rubber gasket sealer just to hold the seals in position whilst reassembling, haven't had any leaks since.

Re: 73’ fastback

Very smart looking car, pleased to see another one on the UK roads! Youve done a great job of getting those wheels under there. It gives me hope for getting my 6in tyres under with out a horrible fight. IM generally not a modified sort so its all new to me. Im in the middle of trying to sort out ph...

Re: '67 Square continued.....

Yes, absolute bastard so I was told. Nick at CJ Motors did all the MOT work on the squareback and the bus as I was busy working around Birmingham last week. He said he clamped off the front lines and bled the rears for ages before he got a decent pedal. And it is a very decent pedal now. I'm in the ...

Production years run from 1st August to 31st July, so a build date of August 1966 would be a 1967 Model Year.

Back home with a fresh MOT, and fully operational brakes now there's more brake fluid than air in the rear circuit. https://i.postimg.cc/GpgmCrVS/IMG-1120.jpg I've acquired a new secure home for the fleet. Clean out, a couple of coats of paint, new lights, additional sockets and the hard work of mov...

EMPI Coach steering wheel
Berg locking shifter
Porsche 944 staggered polished Teledials (to get the 8" rears to fit under the wings meant swapping to short axles with CSP disc conversion and rebuilt gearbox...)
2058 engine being built as we speak.
