Re: CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY FOR IMPORTED SQUAREBACK

I assume the car is stock? and a type 3 sqaureback? If that's the case then the dimensional info is in a Bentley manual IIRC. Ive got one at home which I can check tomorrow night unless someone beats me too it.

Glad shes straight and true now, ive got a 944 and know how...

Cant help you in that neck of the woods unfortunately. But regards the carbs, this is posted in the service section. I don't know if its still current.

I have never used them so I don't know the standard of work. I tend to do my own.

Re: T3/Air Cooled Mechanic Cambridgeshire Area?

If its just the carbs is it worth just removing them and having them overhauled? I expect that's all a garage will end up doing if that is the issue.

At least that way youll have them sorted and safe, giving you the option to drive further away if you decide it still wants more attention

Re: Members only room

They do say that two shorter sleeps a day are better than one prolonged sleep. I experimented with such at uni. Sleeping 1800-2000 0100-0800. I always felt more awake and productive. Whether it actually worked I didn't look into it that hard. Much harder to achieve working full time. Though I have m...

That isn't too painful in the end, at least it was all started and finished in one day! How happy would you be to drag yourself down there today?

And its all gone in with minimal mods, looks like you done well there. How was the test drive?

Now these cards do not work out of the box. They never will. They originally fitted a bedford CF van. Someone many years ago took one of the CF van carbs and got Chinese company to copy it. Unfortunately they copied exactly with the same jets and tubes in. That is what gets supplied today to VW own...

Main
Idle
Air correction
Emulsion tubes?
