Can anyone tell me if a late type 3 notch should have holes in the doors to take mirrors because mine hasn't and i am wondering if they have been filled over? Its LHD don't know if that makes a difference.

Good news it's only the regulator, i used the link that Shawn71 sent to test the dynamo and it's working fine thanks Shawn and Dave. Just quickly when i measured dynamo output it was at the dynamo not the battery so hope this test is still relavent.
