Bug Short Axles Type 3

Hi, I have a set of bug short axles, will these fit a swing axle type 3? Just wondered if poss so can run wider tyres.

Yes, but you also need the bearing caps to match and to machine 20mm off the type 3 drum / hub (nut face).
