Does anyone know the background of the soft top type 3 that's for sale in Volksworld.

I've seen it advertised on the website a couple of times.

I've a photo of it somewhere from about 20 years ago at VW Action. It's more of a Notch though now, really, even if reshaped from a Fastback.

Interesting to see what can be done though.

The boot is a KG - it doesn't look right somehow.

... with Variant badge also looking wrong to me....

What no.plate light housing does a KG use? Maybe that's why it looks wrong with a Fastback one, rather than a Notch. Quite well disguised otherwise.
