it's in such a sorry state in that first pic
has anyone got any pics of it in better times - CKK 650K - this was the car that got me into vw's, not only did it look the muts, it flew down the strip
i nearly brought it about 5-6 years ago, but they were asking far too much given the condition imo, even with the history. the engine was long gone and it needed alot of work to bring it back to its former glory.
i do hope whoever has it now is treating it with the respect it deserves. i love that car
some nice pics there though that bring back some good memories. our house burnt to the ground in '97 and we lost everything so all photos, etc. from this time went up in smoke - we didn't have back-up in those days, just prints and negatives both of which burn well.
