I no longer have a squareback fudge (though do have my type 2 bus) but I am still keen to help. I have to say that no one has ever contacted me at all. I guess we all have sufficient breakdown insurance or never venture far enough from home to need it these days.

It hasn't really caught on in the forum context. Some classic insurers offer it as part of the policy anyway, and others are covered as members of RAC or AA. I've put Jake's details on the list but haven't updated the password protected list yet - all 10 members!
