.. as a rag top Squareback ??

A chap i know wants me to go and see and possibly purchase his square' .. it has a ragtop/sunroof.

Was this ever a factory option , or do you think someone's attacked the roof with a grinder ??

No, it was never an option.
The steel sliding sunroof was the only one offered.
