CUX 289L 412 Variant

This is a green 73 variant. Does anybody know who owns or used to own it? I've just seen a picture of it from the early 1980s and it looks like it's still registered (but un-taxed) with the DVLA.

It's a Shropshire registration.

Indeed it is. It was in Ellesmere in Shropshire in the 1980s. I wonder where it is now?
