Removing lateral play in upper Trailing arms

As per title
Does anyone have a step by step guid to help shine some light on takingup some slack on my upper trailing arms

Iam sorting a Haynes manual as I've noting in my collection regards T3s
Also googl and he search function is not showing up to much info

As above, plus I'm a big fan of keeping the beam well greased with the 4 grease nipples on the beam to try and lessen further wear. All is described in the Haynes/Bentley/Autobooks depending which you choose

I will takle this tomorrow it's the only thing that let my car down for a MOT after been off the road for many years
Changed the leads plugs and fuel lines fired straight up and drove great can't believe how solid it is managed to have a good look around it when it was in the ramps

Thanks Peter I used this link and the information that Dave has put in this thread is much clearer than my Haynes manual, the play that was in my front beam that has made it onto the advisory's list of the MOT is now sorted! Again thanks to everyone on the forum for their posts!
