Heat exchanger hose?

Hey All,

After nearly selling - I've decided to keep my Type 3. I just love it!

I've had a load of wrk done and now moving onto the rust underneath (sills, etc).

One just I never really finished was the heat exchangers. I had both replaced but the garage couldn't find the right hose to connect the offside exchanger into the heating system for the car. Does anyone know which one I need? A part number would be grand!

I was thinking it might be an "Aluminium Air Hose 60mm X 1000mm" part number 028129087B.

Also, can anyone recommend a good place to buy the replacement sills?

if you have a search on here theres a few post about the "hose" its flexi exhaust hose. No one sells the specific pipe these days, if its an early I believe there was a plastic hose, but for later models its the metal exhaust tube.

Its was wrapped in a fibre glass shroud.
