Front discs
Best place to buy new front discs 1972 square back , or is there any vw front discs that also fit my car cheers Graham
Re: Front discs
Isnt really a best place for these bits. Just recommended places. For me I always try VWheritage, CoolairVW and Custom and commercial for the easy to obtain stuff VW. I also use GSF and euro car parts for service items, you just had to check the brand before buying, but there are some bargains to be had. And for the rare stuff id use forums, T3HQ and BerT3.

First port of call when looking for service items is Here: http://www.vwtype3and4club.org.uk/_docs ... rtswap.htm
Though it doesn't help You much with Brake discs
This is the correct disc https://www.vwheritage.com/411407075-br ... 14-4-70-72
But I'd suggest You shop around & maybe google the part number- £52 a disc seems rather steep

Re: Front discs
The double check to make is to measure the distance between caliper mounting bolts- if it's around 50mm You need the Beetle disc, if around 72mm You need the later ones.
