Hello can anyone say if this will be compatible with late type three 1971 bumper hangers?

If You get desperate/want to look at other options, I "might" have a pair of those panels you could borrow to copy (Definitely NOT for sale though)
The templates make for a better panel in my opinion
Just make sure you take reference measurements whilst the old ones are still in situ, ie measure from bolt centres up to body member & horizontally to rear apron
If poss, keep/reuse the original pressings with captive nuts
