thermostat flap spring

Post by greenfyregirl » 19th October 2018 - 4:23pm

hello

ive just put a spring on my thermostat flap and didnt think it seemed right- because it makes them open wide.
the thermostat will open the flap anyway- do i need a spring at all?

The spring is your failsafe Clare, it's vital!
Think in terms of the thermostat closing the flaps
