Wing seals

Post by sparkywig » 20th February 2020 - 6:43pm

Just a quick question.
Is there a sealing strip that fits between the vertical wing section just in front of the doors and body?
Thanks

Yeah there is a sealing strip originally fitted. Part number is D19, theres some info about it here

I suspect any close cell sticky foam will do, as long as it doesnt hold water, it will do the job

Funnily enough, Justin asked the same question- Dave hall told him to use denso tape

I've got a roll of 20mm x 3mm self-adhesive closed cell neoprene tape in the garage, so I'll probably end up using that.
