Hi
What would be the biggist size engine to fit into my square back using its own tinware with out cooling issues?1776/1914 or bigger and will i come across any other problems?Dont want a race car just some thing that i can use every day.

a 1914cc using a stock 69mm crank will be thin wall cylinders and best avoided in a type 3. 1776cc would be a better bet but you'll be needing the case machined out to accept the wider cylinders. A full flow oil filter system would be sensible at the same time too ;)
