Camber angle?

Post by 1-star » 16th November 2007 - 12:51pm

How do I get a decent camber on my '72 square? Got a slight one goin on at the mo but I fancy something a little more extreme!

So the harder it goes down, the fatter the camber?
Will I ever get it this fat?

Or is that a different set up on a bug?

Personal preference...why would anyone shine their car? (it's not for me) Why would anyone put different wheels on their car? Or in fact modify it at all?

Wouldn't this world be a dull place if all cars looked the same?

Here's mine, I'm sure it aint for everyone but then I couldn't give a tinkers toss!

Tough with the double joint axle! It's designed not to do that. Swing axles do that if heavily laden anyway, though not quite as extreme.

I got a few smiles from your car at Stanford Hall - very individual - but try not to do things that would affect handling when driving - that just seems daft to me.

Thanks for the advice and point taken about the handling, I don't fancy anything that's gonna make things dangerous...far too many other dangerous distractions going on in my car anyway!

Glad you got a smile out out my car, people can get a little too serious about auto-porn.
