inners sills, where from?

Post by rustyt3fasty » 18th December 2008 - 3:51pm

as name suggests, mine are very very shot, to the point where the floor pan isnt atached anymore, looking on t3d they list outer sills, heater channel bottoms and heater vents but no inner sills.
so where abouts can i get them from or do i have to use other ones off a differant car?

I guess the heater channel bottoms are the lower part of the inner sills - the heater pipes go through the inner sills.

You need a plate with the captive nuts in the right places to take the floorpan bolts.

Your first stop ought to be Miketype3's for sale section!

Failing that,it might be a case of making your own-its a relatively easy section to replicate-youll get some of the dimensions from my thread on sills,& if you wait a couple of days,i or someone else can give you the remaining dimensions

your local steel suppliers would probably fold it up for you

Mine were shot on one side of the Notch. The place doing the work scratch made the ones for mine........
I've finally seen the light. Well, 2 lights, 2 6v lights on the front of a 64 Notch!!!!
