68 Square - windscreen washer bottle/ hose to jets ?

I have no washer bottle in my imported squareback, so I am going to hook up a new one but I can not find a hose to connect one to. In the front trunk behind some carpet at the bulkhead is a fixed panel, so do I get to the jets from inside the car behind the ash tray?

On the '70 on the hose goes through the bulkhead from the luggage area. Can you see a hole and grommet anywhere? Can you see washer jets outside by the air vents?
