pulley seal?

pulley seal?

I am about to fit the tinwear but ive got this seal on the pulley it seems to big and i can't figure where else it would go! :paranoid:

I think that seals between the aluminium fan housing and the black steel fan pulley housing.

Yarp Dave, just refitted that myself :thumbsup: The reason it's too big is it's made of silicone, more heat resistant than rubber but over time can stretch all on its own :roll: Cut it so its a just under the right size, staple it together (x2 staples) and if you have some Evo (which i didn't) also glue it to the fan shroud. Once it's all clamped up it shouldn't move anyhoe :D

Thanks for the replys, i just couldnt figure out why it was so big, didnt look like it would stretch! ill be cutting it down to size! :)
