type 3 headlight flasher relay to type one comparison
hi i have a problem with my 68 square headlight flasher relay its a 5 pin 12 volt one . had it a part and cleaned it and refitted but still works intermittantly . will a bug or bus on do the same job ? im guessing it should as long as i can find one with the same 5 pins ? cheers steve

Yep if you get one for a similar year bug it'll be exactly the same, should have the same numbers on the pins.
Looking at drawings it was originally 4 pin, I'm guessing earthing through the metal case, so your's is probably plastic with extra earth tag.
