irs gearbox ratios

i currently have the stock gearbox in my fasty and to be honest with the engine i am running the ratios are rubbish
first is as good as pointless pull away with any vigour and i need to change instantly
what irs boxes ar longer geared or are they all the same and i need to get mine rebuilt?
