Gearshift and rear wheel bearing parts interchangability?

Does anyone know if the gearshift coupling and front bush behind the gear shifter is the same as a beetle or unique to the type 3?

Same question for the rear wheel bearings too?

Its for a 64 swing axle type 3,

Hi Mike,

For the wheel bearings just use the kit for swing axle Type 1.
The coupling I beleive is the same, but has a Type 3 part number from 63 on (type 1 # upto end of 62), but aftermarket gearshifts made for beetles fit so I think it's the same size.
The bush is 111 701 259A so a beetle part too.
