Master Cyls - are they handed?

No difference LHD or RHD for master cyls on Type 3s. Are you asking for any other VW?
You will find the originals may have a different pipe run - you may need a longer pipe from the LH front wheel on RHD. It depends whether you have the front circuit coming off opposite sides or same side of the cylinder. The outlet with the smaller hole is for the brake light switch.

cheers for the info. the only reason i ask is because they advertise them as l/h and say that they need modification, but if it's only the brake hoses you need to lengthen to make them work then it's not a problem. cheers
