Shocks

My fasty has been lowered about 50mm i think, the lenght between shock mounts are fronts 290mm and rears 300mm, measured with the car weight on ground. What type of shocks and lenght would be recomended, mine is bottoming out over the lincolnshire farm tracks, oh no thats just the roads.
