the cable is not connected and i'm assuming that you have to push the small leaver that the cable trap bolt is on, downward and thread the cable and do up the bolt while the leaver is fully pushed down.
the thing is, when i do this the flap actually uncovers the oil cooler. wouln't this mean that when the engine warms up and the thermostat releases the flap, it would cover the cooler when it needs cool air?
