I hate trying to put a valuation on things but I'll give it a go using other sources as a guide.

I have seen complete headlight units going for approx £30 each, other light clusters would probably be nearer the £20 mark. I think I can se a front indicator in the box and I'd guess that would be the £10-15 price range.

Is there a window winder mechanism there? If so I think I paid £15 for one ages ago from another club member.

As I warned I'm terrible at valueing things and tend to always underestimate what things are worth, hence I'm not in the sales business ;)

Stored dry and in the dark, the gasket on the light units is probably worth as much as the unit itself to someone wanting to get their Type 4 into a smart condition. Similarly the chrome and reflector conditon dictates the saleability of the light units themselves. My guess is that these parts are much better than average condition, but I would say Shawn is in the right ball-park.

Yep i would agree ive seen quite a few Type 4 lights up for sale front and rear headlights complete in good condition £30 each or around £40 for a pair, indicators Around £25 for a pair. Condition is everything and as said before there would be alot more money to be had if split and the individule elements sold seperately ie gaskets, trims, lenses etc.

Cheers Mart :D

Just a thought ...

Might they be weld-in section for the bottom portion of the rear wings, for where they rot through?

My Bay camper had a shaped hole and square rear light cut-outs rather like those panels. I think the angle of the joddled section throws you a bit. Do you think they might be that? Or a Splitty?
