Piston & Props

Putting a link up fot a weekend show we attend in September.

This is probably our favourite event of the year as it has a huge variety of cars, bikes and vintage planes.

A really great atmosphere with vintage stalls, 50s & 60s bands and a mix of the usual food stalls, plus restaurants on site or a local pub 5 mins away. We normally camp for the weekend.

Would anyone be interested in attending?

Its our VW clubs most local event so we have a stand (and our variant will be there) but would be great to see another display.

We normally go to this too, and will be again this year I expect.

As Tony says, its a great event, with some really interesting machinery on show (American Muscle, F1 cars from the past and not so past, group B Rally, Group C sports prototypes, Race Bikes of all eras etc).
The runway doubles as a drag strip for the weekend, so everything gets a proper airing too!

We normally book the "Pole position parking" so it would be possible to have a more informal line up in there as another option.
