VW TYPE 3 & 4 CLUB FORUM

I have received an email notifying that the display applications are now available. For 2017 the show will be charging £10 administration fee per club to cover postage etc. I'm quite happy to arrange a stand if there is interest, I think we usually have 10 spaces? So the princely sum of £1 if you would like to display

Yes I'll be there, but I'll probably only have my T34 on the road so I'll see if I can park it on the KGOC stand as they always seem to get a bit more space.

I'm happy to bring the stand, though both the table and the gazebo are in a bad way. It may be possible to resurrect them, or simply replace them. We could do with some flag/banners too, so I'll get that sorted too.

I'm sure the club can cover the £10. Just add it to any other (reasonable!) expenses there are, Danny.

I'll be getting the application for 10 spaces on stand sent off for this soon. Please PM addresses to send out individual stand passes to and I will post them out nearer the time as they come to me.

I'm sure most people have been to the show before and know the rules, but just in case:

Cars are only permitted entry to display area between 8am - 11am Sunday 30th April.
Once cars are in the display area owners must be prepared to leave their cars on display until 4pm, with the area vacated no later than 7:30pm.

Not been on for ages, but i do visit a number of FB pages, can we display our 1970 Type 3 Sq again. Has now been converted to manual after the auto gb died on the way home from Lavenham. Also interia carpets have all been fitted now so really looking good.
