Brilliant day - thanks Danny for organising the fleet, and to Brian Johnston for booking the special display area. We hit our target of 50 Type 3 cars, including the one in the Superclass, which had to be in the main concours area. Special Rally Plaques, Tee-shirts and screen stickers were available too. We have spares of the plaques and screen stickers for other shows this year, and will order some more Tee-shirts as well.
Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a good day, particularly to Ralf who came all the way from Germany. and gave us information on the German Typ3 enthusiasts club meeting at Wolfsburg. 23 - 26 June. http://www.typ3.de/ .

What an awesome display of Type 3s, as has already been mentioned there was something to suit everybody's tastes and there was plenty of people interested in the cars all day. Big thanks to everybody that was involved in setting it up
Thanks to Ian, Tris and Paul (in Colin the Golf) for the cruise up, despite getting up at a ridiculous hour it made the whole thing a bloody good day out I might even wash my car next time...

A totally awesome day, massive thanks to Danny and everyone else involved in organising the display.
Tris, Martin and Paul - was great to see you all again, the cruise up from the South Coast was really cool, made the day perfect. Thanks Tris for stopping on the way home and waiting for me to catch up after I stopped to disconnect my screaming speedo!
Cheers all, can't wait til next year
