Ooh look - a dashboard wiper switch next to the steering wheel - how handy!
You'll not appreciate the nuisance it is to lean over on a Right-hand drive pre-'72 and turn on the wipers - the switch position is the same LHD and RHD because the fresh-air controls occupy the other place, and I guess it's harder to switch them over side for side.
