Nice pic. They must be 1965 models, as there's Velvet green and no Fastback model...

The red bug at the top has a popes nose which would make it pre 64 wouldn't it?
I'll get my coat too lol
EDIT: Just checked and it looks like the bug is the odd one out lol. Maybe a 'new' model shoot or something I guess.

I may be kidding myself, but it looks like the Bugs all have upright quarter-lights, which changed for '65 models to slanting, along with the loss of the 'pope's nose - later version.
Quite a few of the Type 3s seem to be N-versions - no over-riders.
Certainly Type 3 colours favour '65 though.

No idea.. but didn't the number plate light on bugs change for 64 model not 65? :/

You may be right blistered. I thought I've seen sea blue late pope's noses (parrot beaks?), which would be '64, but I'm not at all certain.
There were big changes for '65, with the 1300 coming out, bigger windows and the sloping vent windows.
