The carbs needed a good clean and rebuild. The accelerator pumps on both carbs had an extreme amount of wear where the connecting link mounts. So I welded the holes up carefully and then re-drilled the holes.

I think they came up alright

Very tidy, what have you painted the tin with? or is it powder coated?

The seat rails on the right hand side were broken and twisted. Was lucky enough to get onto some replacements a little while ago. Also some floor sections that were sourced helped me to repair a rusty section of the floor on the drivers side.

The fresh air control boxes under the dash were in need of some love. Cleaned them up, removed the old perished rubber, painted and installed the new rubber seals. I found these air boxes were a pain in the ass to remove and reinstall but got it done over a few beers.

Wiper motor, bracket and linkages all cleaned up and painted. Pulled the shafts out and gave them a clean re-grease

Engine is back in and have been sorting out a few jobs in the rear luggage compartment. Made a new rubber mat to lay around the hatch and gave the hatch a quick refurb.

Realised the rear seat/ luggage compartment closing panel was missing. So i pulled the one out of my '70 Notch and made up a new one to cover with black vinyl.

Nice work, just read the whole thread.

I think the fuel tank might be the wrong way round!
