hello everyone

Post by Lethal » 15th December 2008 - 8:26pm

Hi , Im Lee known to most as Lethal. I was pointed in this direction by Danny Lord. I have never been into type 3's but found a fasty on ebay and fell in love with it. I parted with 416 quid for it non running and needing new sills. On top of that warrick (the guy who owned it) threw in loads of bits and pieces for that and beetles. so here are a few pics of ebay, ill get some proper ones tomorrow

I refuse to let this beat me, it will live another day...i hope

Its taken me a while to catch up with what happening with this car but i'm Warrick - the previous owner and i'm really pleased that someone is giving it a new lease of life! I bought the car when i was 18, ran it for a couple of years over which time i tried to put right some of its faults - a full engine rebuild was one of them, however when the rebuilt block cracked after about only 1000 miles i lost enthusiasm, it went away into the garage and i made the mistake of buying a ford focus... Never the less, i'm now safely installed back in VW's, Corrado VR6 and Mk2 golf GTI but I still miss my old fasty and look forward to seeing it again, hopefully sometime soon!
