I didn't paint the doors or the rear wings as you probably can see in the side view of the car. If you are going to repaint the whole car i'd probably opt for 2K as its more durable but I found 1K fine.

ive not been able to find a source yet for 1k synthetic,i used some about 18mths ago from Lechler that was ready to go out the can with a drop of thinners but the place hasnt any left now
they still can get cellulose though unlsee you know of anywhere?
ive still not found the paint code yet on mine either

What colour is it? There isn't much choice unless it's Australian or resprayed. Light blue, dark blue, red etc? Have you looked at the colour charts in the Technical Forum? They come out reasonably close on most monitors, and the LxxY code is there - you should be able to order it mixed to that code.

They didn't put the factory colour code on the little 3" x 1/2" plate on the front until '70 I think.

mines a 69
its dark blue.i never noticed the colour charts on the tech section
ill go and have a look now
