I very nearly bought it 15 years ago!
It was in a barn near Sutton in Ashfield (North Notts) when I went to see it.
From what I remember it had badly fitted sills that were welded to the floor and patched heater channels but apart from that quite a solid car.
It had quite a lot of NOS parts with it as well.

I ummed and arred and in the end decided against it but when I rang the guy back later to see if it was still there it had gone to someone out in Linconshire I think.

Good to see it's still around and due to make a reapperance soon.

Mike.

Thats the guy i got it from, (Near Mansfield) Robert i believe?
Sat in a barn covered in shite, (Mower on roof) loads of nos bits and bobs
Sorted it out for test about 6 months after buying it, re-paint etc and it done me proud for about 7 years (few trophies) , started working a distance from home so i bought a daily and before i knew it 7 or so years down the way the badly fitted sills are shot and a long list of repairs.
A few pics of the lovelies i've managed to find.

For your window scrapers there is a company called ISPwest in the States that sells on Ebay. They stock inner and outer scrapers and the outer come with the trim as well. I'm not sure of the quality but you never know.

Good Luck
